Attach image, audio or video to any TestGold question, choice, tip or feedback. Include embedded Flash and images in formatted text data. TestGold has advanced multimedia support, that lets you use images of 31 formats and any playable audio and video.
Take advantage of built-in text editor
Use power of built-in text editor for rich formatting of questions, choices, tips, feedback, test and question introduction. You can set font and color, make symbols subscript and superscript, use paragraphs, hyperlinks, special symbols, bullets, numbering, tables, Flash and OLE objects (schemes, formulas, etc.). Also, text editor has "live spelling" feature and incorrect text is marked by a red wavy line.

Make flexible assessments
Set different question weights, organize test questions in sections according to their complexity or other factor, use all or only specified number of questions from each section. Let a participant use question tips, that decreases earned points automatically. Define complex score rules and specify earning points for an answer according to question type or generally for all question types. Choose from different types of grades: Percent rating (grade is a percentage of earned points to max possible ones), "Numerical grade" (grade is in the range of 1 to N, each one corresponds to specified percentage, German system available), "Alphabetic grade" (American system, grades are letters A, B, C, D, E). Build test outcomes, considering sex and age of participants.

Test participants in AVELife TestGold Studio or use special free assessment software AVELife TestGold Agent to test them at any workstation. It is easy to organize both local and networked testing according to chosen data storage.
E-Mail and gather testing results
You need to test anyone distantly and you are not familiar with web server configuring?! Just specify special test option "e-mail results" and they will be e-mailed to you right after participant completes the assessment. Then you can load received data to the main data storage.

Introduced in TestGold 2005, it is the powerful feature of vertical analysis of testing results in the context of some participant, that makes both psychological portrait and full picture of professional skills and knowledge of the person.
Make answer analysis
Select a test, a question and specify limitation by user group or session date and get bar chart and summary matrix with all information you need for every choice: voice number, minimum time, average time, maximum time. It allows to make survey analysis or evaluate validity of used questions – pay attention to the right choices with lowest (less than 20%) or highest (more than 90%) number of voices or prevailing wrong choice.

Authorized log on
Define privilege levels and create access accounts, granting participants required privilege level only. Then participant will log on to TestGold, login and password will be requested to authorize the participant.

Strong Encryption
Use the latest encryption techniques to protect test data. You can specify desired protection level, taking advantage of strong AES Rijndael encryption or choosing faster encryption approach.

Specified user actions can be registered in special security log. It allows you to trace harmful actions.
